A certified Yoga Training is a guarantee for a Yoga Teacher. The certification of a teacher involves:
- Credibility: It accredits that the teacher works with integrity and based on the guidelines received through the recognition bestowed on him / her. Certification supports the knowledge the student has received, the teaching she / he conveys and her / his experience. It accredits his / her skill and expertise.
- Opportunities: Certification provides employment opportunities since it is the recognition of professional qualifications.
- Quality: The guarantee of having undergone training which has been approved by the referenced Yoga organizations and of complying with the standards of international programs.
- Professional Image:: To be accredited is synonymous with being supported by the School, which, in turn, is supported by relevant national and international certifications.
The ESCUELA INTERNACIONAL DE YOGA is one of the most prestigious YOGA TEACHER TRAINING schools. Its training of 200 hours (Intermediate –Instructor-) and 560 hours (Senior –Teacher-) are certified by the following international and national organizations: |

YOGA ALLIANCE is theYoga international organization most important and ancient whose certification is the most prestigious in the world. To pass its tests and verifications is very difficult and it takes a long time. It is internationally recognized guarantee of quality and first class training. |
All our students take in their accreditation the hallmark of the Yoga Alliance. They can also register directly with the organization to appear in its database. They only have to submit a photocopy of their diploma, which reflects their 200 hours or 500 hours qualification and a certificate signed by the School issued at the request of the student. They do not have to go through the standard evaluation system of the organization. They have to pay their annual fee directly.
As a global organization of reference, the Yoga Alliance promotes a Code of Conduct for the Yoga Teacher. It is a statement of ethical and professional behavior which certified teachers and schools must integrate into their teaching and onto the responsible exercise of their profession. Common norms are:
- Recognize the limitations of my knowledge and scope of practice and, where appropriate, refer students to seek alternative instruction, counseling or direction.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean and comfortable scene for the practice of yoga.
- Encourage diversity by respecting all students regardless of age, handicap, race, creed, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
- Respect the rights, dignity and privacy of all students.
- Avoid words and actions that constitute sexual harassment.
- Adhere to the traditional principles of Yoga as written in the Yama and Niyama

Our school meets ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS of the qualification of Yoga to be approved in a short time by the Council of Ministers and subsequently published in the Gazette (BOE).
The entire Comprehensive Training Program includes the training modules and contents of that document. V
The Escuela Internacional de Yoga has been part of the committee that the Ministry of Education, through the Instituto Oficial de Cualificaciones, established in April 2008 in order to draft the document.

WARNING: Currently, many new schools are springing up that offer Yoga Teacher Training without preparation, sufficient knowledge and experience. We warn that we have found that, in some cases, they even copied illegally the texts of our website and brochures, training programs of our school, and even our options and schedules. Please take note that we have nothing to do with these types of training or participate in its proposals, nor have we allowed them to take our goals, texts and contents as their own. We are always at your disposal. Thank you. Om Shanti. |
