Nuria Vives Anatomía®
Study of the Anatomy of Conscious Movement

Based on the principle that it is necessary to feel the movement so that it can be integrated within oneself before being transmitted, this particular methodology, with a participatory and respectful pedagogy, invites to come to terms with the aridity of the descriptive anatomy and to find the sense of movement from the body. It links knowledge with the experience of movement itself, putting anatomy in the service of conscious movement.
